Our experience began with a very thorough initial review of our goals and John's capabilities. We moved into the initial planning phase and then John's team took on a lot of the work after that. We were presented with initial edits and finally a finished product. We had a chance to review the issues we had, have any final edit done, discuss our ongoing responsibilities, how John's team could further develop the site (if needed) and switch over user roles to ensure we had redundancy internally. Overall the experience was positive. If I had to do it again, I'd probably wait until my offseason ("ah doy!") but we all feel a great sense of relief and pride that our new site reflects our brand and makes us more accessible to our clients!
