From my first phone call with Ben, I knew Key Video Productions was the right choice for my cherished memories. Ben was so personable and patient with that first phone call and remained so throughout the process. I had home movies from the 1970's, VHS tapes from the 1980's and slides from the 1950's. They were all converted to DVD's and I simply could not be happier. It had been weighing so heavily on me that these memories were all stored in boxes and I couldn't even watch them. I had 2 VHS tapes that weren't labeled so I was going to toss them figuring if they were important they would have been labeled. Ben tactfully suggested I reconsider as they might be some special memory. One of them was not something I wanted to save but the other was my eldest granddaughter when she was a baby living in California. She is now turning 18 and I am so grateful to have that now DVD! Thank you Ben !!
