Recently completed two big projects with Binary and had a fantastic time doing it. The projects were large in scope and required a tremendous amount of their resources. The team worked diligently during a challenging time (pandemic) in order to complete the projects timely with the high-quality we were demanding. The production team generated excellent creative ideas to bring our project to life including designing a complex three-D environment and supporting animations that were unique and quirky, perfect for our target audience. The completed videos have earned three Gold Telly awards and a Communicator Award of Excellence and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

Once we selected SlowClap, they took us through their process. We shared with them our expectations, walked through the brief in more detail, and explained the logistics (timeline) which was tight. Once we were on the same page, SlowClap put together an execution plan. SlowClap utilized internal and external research to decide on questions for each interviewee - they then performed a pre-interview to get initial plot points for the video. From there, SlowClap developed a creative brief (acts of the video, questions, shot list, etc) for our review. We worked hand in hand with Slowclap to get the logistics right. They performed the interviews, determined the best shots, and shot the video. Once they had all the footage, they edited together a first draft. We worked with them to get to a final video that everyone was happy with.

We are a large organization where video production and webdesign is our lifeblood. I found the team at CRMG to be incredibly attentive to our needs and extremely creative. There are a lot of production companies in the area, and most of them treat you like just another customer...CRMG was totally different. They took the time to understand our company and our unique needs. Their video production team is Hollywood-level and their post-production is second to none. I had the opportunity to work with D-MAK Productions back in October of 2020. My company needed a major refresh of video and still imagery. I am more than satisfied with the video quality, composition of the shots, resolution of the still images, you name it. I'm a three time Emmy nominated producer/editor from the NYC area. Jeff shot a music video for our band. We gave him complete creative control over the whole video and it was the cleanest, and most perfect video I have ever seen. The end product was beyond anything we could have imagined and has been a great marketing tool for the band. Since this was my first video shoot, I was unsure about many of the specific details. However, as a director, Zane really took care of everything and brought out a vision that showcased my product in a better light than even I could imagine. He was always straightforward with his thoughts and this allowed us to steer our commercial into a more effective lifestyle one instead of a product based commercial. Ultimately I am very happy to have met Zane and for having his input into our video which ended up much better than I originally thought it would turn out.

We worked with Think Branded on more than one project. These projects were specifically for healthcare fundraising; however, the content they produced allowed us to use the videos and stories in a versatile way (marketing, customer service, employee retention, physician recruitment, branding and of course - fundraising). They consistently delivered the best! They produced over 14 videos for a huge hospital system and they were able tell our story and without jeopardizing our patient's identity in the process. They operate with the highest integrity. They are my go to production company. I am fundraising consultant and I continue to work with them on my own projects. We worked with Outside Collective to help shoot our multi-day event and the results and process blew my expectations out of the water. I watched their entire crew show up earlier than anyone else and stay later- they pulled an all nighter and were up shooting for over 24 hours straight for our ultra-marathon that was shot in 10+ locations. We approached Outside Collective with only 3 weeks heads up about our event and were able to to have them complete location counting, interviews, and day of event productions with zero hiccups. They worked great with our team, very professional and allowed our team to be as involved as we wanted in the creative space as well as bringing their own lens to the project. I would recommend them to anyone out there looking for high quality videos whether it be for social media or a short film.. we got both!! It's hard to find the words to describe the experience my husband and I with CineCrown, they were so incredible and we couldn't have been happier with his professionalism, the quality of the photos videos, and Martin fantastic personality. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Prior to our wedding he was great and we were able to work everything out via phone and email. He sent me samples of his work and I was so impressed with the photos. I honestly didn't think mine (since neither my husband or I are models) could look that good... BUT WE DID. He has the ability to capture a moment like no other and during our special day, felt like a member of our family. He was kind, caring, and able to ensure EVERYONE felt comfortable. He made us all smile through the whole experience. He also cared about his work. He knew when our poses or certain lighting was going to affect the quality of the photo and he worked with us to make sure each shot was the best shot. If I EVER need photos I will be calling CineCrown wedding photography and videography. I recommend him more than any photographer I have met and can vouch that he is the whole package. Working with Plum Media was so seamless, they were truly an extension of my team and essentially our end client. I worked with Plum on a small corporate auto incentive where one of their Directors of Photography went onsite with our logistics team and shot b-roll footage of the incentive. The end product request was a 3 - 5 minute highlight reel of the trip. The highlight video was to be used by my client's internal marketing team for intranet sales marketing purposes moving forward. Jason, the Director of Photography from Plum, who traveled onsite with us, was amazing. He was a fly on the wall when he needed to be but by the end of the week the attendees started to ask for Jason by name at all of the functions. Pre and post-event communication from Plum was consistent and kept me on track as a corporate planner. The post production of the 3-5 minute highlight reel was so amazing and spot-on from a visual shot perspective and audio selection that my client didn't even have any changes. I highly recommend working with Plum on your next project! They are not a vendor - they are your partner on your next project, big or small. 10/10 would recommend!

Do NOT hire this company! We genuinely wish we had seen honest feedback before deciding to work with this team, as it would have saved us a lot of time, money, and frustration. Our experience was filled with constant setbacks and unfulfilled promises. We paid $10,000 expecting a high-quality video and professional marketing support, but the entire process dragged on unnecessarily. While it took four months for the video to be finalized, they took an additional two months just to post it on social media, leading to a six-month delay from start to finish, riddled with missed meetings and unanswered requests. Louis, our primary contact, frequently missed or was late to meetings, and much of our communication was either ignored or delayed. Once the ad finally went live, things only got worse. The app they provided never worked correctly, and despite needing verification to use certain features, that process was never completed. The leads they generated for us were either people we were already engaging with on social media or individuals who didn’t meet our qualification criteria. When we reached out to address these issues and requested a simple change to filter leads, nothing was done. After all these issues, Louis even missed our final check-in meeting, leaving us with unresolved problems and zero results for the investment we made. Avoid the disappointment and frustration we went through—find a team that delivers on their promises. Note: After I posted this review on their Facebook page, they got rid of reviews all together because the only other review that they had was negative. The person also had a terrible experience with them and I hope she shares her feedback elsewhere.

This summer I had the joy of interning with Three Lyons Creative. With my academic interest in Anthropology, creative interests in film and graphic design, and personal background with nonprofit work, Three Lyons Creative was at the top of my list as a "dream internship" as I searched the Detroit area. Now, after having spent the past three months with in Corktown with Mike, Tony, Daniel and Lucia I can say with confidence that my experience at Three Lyons even exceeded my expectations. The whole team welcomed me with open arms, and treated me as one of their own from the start. Since it is a family business, I witnessed this same warmth reflected in the way they interact with clients as well. I felt empowered and trusted to work on projects independently, knowing that I was surrounded by the best teachers in the industry to learn from every step of the way. I truly learned so much from each member of the team! Since each person's expertise fits together beautifully to provide a client with every stage of the video and branding process, I was surrounded by a wealth of knowledge. It was apparent that this work is not simply a job for the team, but rather a passion. This was evidenced in countless examples, but most notably in their process of deciding to work on projects that are actively doing good in the world. If you have the opportunity to hire the Three Lyons Creative team it is guaranteed that your creative project is in the best hands! I am so grateful for my time there and I miss it already!

We came to them with a clear and specific requirement. We have a video that we want to reproducer at higher quality and with proper exposure. We had several discussions regarding this requirement and even emphasized its importance. The firm assured us that a white background would not be an issue. Upon receiving the final product, we were extremely disappointed to find that the background was not solid white as agreed upon, and the overall video quality was poor. A teenage with a phone would have done a better job. In response to our concerns about the video's quality, the firm defended their work by stating that our expectations for a perfectly solid white background, a properly exposed scene, and a high-quality video were unreasonable. They claimed that achieving such a level of precision was not feasible, and would require a higher budget. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service we expected from a professional company. We trusted them with our project and provided clear instructions, only to be met with a lack of attention to detail and refusal to correct their mistakes. They refused to reshoot the video or issue a refund. We hope that sharing this negative experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others considering this video production firm. We encourage them to take client expectations seriously, improve their attention to detail, and find ways to deliver on agreed-upon requirements.
