Recently completed two big projects with Binary and had a fantastic time doing it. The projects were large in scope and required a tremendous amount of their resources. The team worked diligently during a challenging time (pandemic) in order to complete the projects timely with the high-quality we were demanding. The production team generated excellent creative ideas to bring our project to life including designing a complex three-D environment and supporting animations that were unique and quirky, perfect for our target audience. The completed videos have earned three Gold Telly awards and a Communicator Award of Excellence and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed. In terms of documentation, DigitalDesign received full documentation from the first client; we contributed to it. The product was already live in the second project, and they simply worked on it. For tools, the team mainly used Figma to create designs and gather feedback from the end clients.

The team at SAC is top notch in terms of customer service and knowledge of digital communications of all kinds. In particular their expertise in animation and video production is incredibly creative and well executed as well as web design and development. My clients have been thrilled with the work, time and again. They also have a very talented group of design and branding experts, so if you want to extend your team to help with idea generation, they're great fun and super creative.

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

Tyler and his team are the real deal. This is the second time that I have worked with E3M Creative, and this is the second time that I was impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and conscientiousness. The amount of work they put into my projects speak for itself whenever I am showered with compliments by customers or colleagues when they see the "media" section of my projects. The 7 Wonders team has been exceptionally easy to work with. They guided us through the process well by establishing timeframes and expectations and working with us to produce video content that fit our target audience. Our industry and project goals were very specific, but the 7 Wonders team quickly came to understand our approach and vision.

In addition to a piece created for me for a client appreciation event I have seen many works created by Archibald. Eye catching and high quality are two of the phrases that come immediately to mind. Always impressed.

Do NOT hire this company! We genuinely wish we had seen honest feedback before deciding to work with this team, as it would have saved us a lot of time, money, and frustration. Our experience was filled with constant setbacks and unfulfilled promises. We paid $10,000 expecting a high-quality video and professional marketing support, but the entire process dragged on unnecessarily. While it took four months for the video to be finalized, they took an additional two months just to post it on social media, leading to a six-month delay from start to finish, riddled with missed meetings and unanswered requests. Louis, our primary contact, frequently missed or was late to meetings, and much of our communication was either ignored or delayed. Once the ad finally went live, things only got worse. The app they provided never worked correctly, and despite needing verification to use certain features, that process was never completed. The leads they generated for us were either people we were already engaging with on social media or individuals who didn’t meet our qualification criteria. When we reached out to address these issues and requested a simple change to filter leads, nothing was done. After all these issues, Louis even missed our final check-in meeting, leaving us with unresolved problems and zero results for the investment we made. Avoid the disappointment and frustration we went through—find a team that delivers on their promises. Note: After I posted this review on their Facebook page, they got rid of reviews all together because the only other review that they had was negative. The person also had a terrible experience with them and I hope she shares her feedback elsewhere.

The process of working with ByteChimp was seamless. Their team was always available for meetings and feedback, and the team lead kept us informed every step of the way. The final animated explainer video was delivered on time and exceeded our expectations.

Top notch equipment using Sony Cinema cams. Good communication. Great pre-planning. Will use them again. A lot more than just a simple wedding photographer.

Charles Marquis West of CW Studios LLC in Atlanta, Ga scammed us out of $64,000 to produce a sizzle reel for a new film project/footage that he never delivered. He provided an estimated budget, received payments and now refuses to provide anything to us in return. We have sent multiple emails to Mr. West asking him to provide receipts,invoices, raw footage and all intellectual property. He stopped corresponding with us when we refused to give him more money until he substantiated costs for monies already paid. My husband is a Pastor and we were referred to Charles West by a fellow church member, Stephanie Smith of Planted Seeds Grow Management, LLC. Stephanie Smith is also no longer responding to our inquiries. It appears they were both working together to scam us out of our hard-earned money. Also, it appears that Charles West is misleading consumers by leading them to believe he is somehow affiliated with the CW Network (Warner Bros. Company) also located within a few miles of his office in Atlanta, Ga.
