What a great work day working with a great team! I am a mom of a 7yo child actor. Since the beginning, the communication was super clear and I can feel how genuine Zee in her email communication and how much she cared for my daughter’s well-being. They thought if every details and everything even before we got there. In my email communication, Zee included a menu for our lunch on the work day! I am very impressed! The minute my daughter walked into the door, their balanced friendly + professionalism just burst out from every one of them. My daughter felt like she was home instantly, which is very important for a child actor. The producer filmed her with 2 of his camera crew. Their balanced work-fun energy really brought the best out of my daughter. When we got back to their state-of-the-art office/basecamp/home, that’s a whole another positive experience. Everything was the latest and the most up to date. From the equipments to the water filter machine. I LOVE their water filter! 🩷 I work for many corporations. I know instantly that Sparkhouse cares for their employee’s health, comfort and happiness. They have snacks for everybody and doggies (I thought that was super sweet). When we were back from the other location, my daughter was ready to tackle the second part because she had such a great experience already. The director (Zee) was amazing in directing her, explained everything in details and she pretty much set my daughter up for success. It was a long work day. But they had such positive energy, it was so easy for my daughter to act and play her part. My daughter said that she felt like home and she wanted to come back the next day to “work with everyone” again 🥰 I appreciate everyone for Sophie’s amazing experience. I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

Tyler and his team are the real deal. This is the second time that I have worked with E3M Creative, and this is the second time that I was impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and conscientiousness. Planning and timing was fine. The end product meets our needs. Had we had time with the two men on set, the video would have been much better. They were the creative element. They got into the story and brought it to life. To me - the two on-set made the video work. It wasn't the script - it was how they brought the script to life. Especially for a business executive - and not at all an actor - those two guys were everything.

Overall experience I would describe as over-the-top and then some. I would recommend working with these guys if you've got a project it's challenging and you need some creative input and it needs to be done right on time and on a certain budget. Checked out five other companies around them and nobody else came close these guys own their own turf and it's been around for awhile and then some they know what they're doing.

They created a demo video of our app. The video was a combination of live-action and animation. They did this with great finesse. We started the project by discussing the style and script of the video. They understood our requirements and idea pretty well. They came up with an amazing script then the project moved into the storyboarding and animation phase. They completed both tasks in a very short time and took care of all the minor details we mentioned in the meetings.

Mark Wiemers’ 24 Frames recently created a beautifully-powerful video documentary for my husband, a metal sculptor. Mark’s experience, expertise, artistry, and professionalism made the experience of creating a video one I would recommend to anyone wanting to visually tell a story. I discovered 24 Frames online. After viewing several samples of his work, including his Emmy-awarded video, I called Mark Wiemers. From my first phone call, I knew I had found the right person. Not only did Mark ask good questions concerning our desired outcomes, but he also proved to be an exceptional listener, at times helping us to better articulate what we wanted from the video. Mark outlined the video process very clearly and followed through to the tee. We were impressed with the amount of time he gave us to learn about my husband and his work so that he could formulate the right approach. Mark’s sound organization and skill made the filming go exceptionally smooth. Again, Mark allowed for the necessary time to get everything right. Mark’s turnaround was fast. Within a couple weeks he had the film nearly ready. At that point, he allowed us to preview the piece and make recommendations. We truly appreciated his desire to hear our input. The result was nothing short of what we had hoped for, and more. Not only did he tell our story, but he did so with the beauty and polish of a true pro.
