My commercial roofing company in Atlanta, GA, hired Dedicated Developers to develop an iOS app for our internal team to use to help during roof repairs, to better document roof issues prior to bidding for the job. I had the wireframes already completed and Dedicated Developers finished our UI designs and developed and successfully launched our app. We encountered a number of technical challenges as what I was asking has neven been done before in the industry and the team didn't give up until they were solved. The developers were collaborative and worked to ensure our app worked for all of our team members' devices. They also created a Master admin panel for our office. Now they’re working on making final adjustments and tweaks. Having this app has increased our internal efficiency by 37% and we’re able to elevate our customer experience and have much higher accuracy in quoting jobs than before we started using the app. The reception from our staff has been very positive.
