As the Executive decision maker for a small business in Denver, I've found that outsourcing SEO duties is imperative, especially when you have made significant changes to your online presence. Social SEO, formerly Pikes Peak SEO has been fantastic to work with. We have seen growth, and significant increases in organic traffic for most of the time we've used Social SEO. We've had several contacts there and all have been very professional. My only reason for not leaving five stars is that in our three or so years of service, we've had four different contacts working on our account. Don't get me wrong, the service is still worth it, and all of the Account Managers have been great, but it is hard to start over with a new contact and explain your business needs, website details, etc to a new person every six months to a year. There was a period of time (with one Account Manager) that nothing really seemed to be happening in terms of our website and feedback. In all honesty, I think that particular contact, though she was always very friendly and professional on the phone, was just too busy to take the time to do a lot with our account. I can tell that Social SEO is growing, as they have movement internally with their staff and have even promoted one of our Account Managers (which is why we no longer work with her). They are obviously doing something right. Our current AM is excellent so far--very responsive, and pays attention to details. Listen people, you're never going to find a perfect SEO vendor, but if you want to gain in organic traffic, conversions, and want a team of people who actually know what they are doing, give these guys a try!

Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. They were able to bring the total cost of each unit down by 21%. They were creative while building the prototype sensors, which they were able to do quickly within a couple months. The software they created to run and monitor the sensors uses the latest cutting-edge technology, and connects our industry to the Internet of Things, which is fast, efficient, responsive and very well designed. The hardware sensors they created for us are top notch, and the monitoring software to run and monitor them has been very well received by our clients. It’s been able to make our company a cutting edge leader in our industry.
