Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. Don't waste any more time looking at other companies, these guys are great, highly recommend!

CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. Throughout the engagement, they were fully on top of the deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence, owning much more of the project accountability than I expected and guiding our stakeholders through the development decisions and strategy. On top of it all, the team is fun and easy to work with and their work product is elegant and efficient. The (reasonable) cost was more than worth the results, and I would not even evaluate other vendors for our next SalesForce build needs.

The team at BitxBit has responded quickly and effectively when we have a problem come up, or when we need to procure new equipment. Robert, Rusty, and Joseph as well as all the other techs are always available to answer questions or look at issues and get us back up and running as quickly as possible. BitxBit helped us save money by getting us away from a T1 circuit and switch over fiber as well as getting all our computers upgraded to stay current with security standards. At the same time, the Team converted our phone systems from a PBX style to a new VOIP telephone system with modern features. Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. We had issues with our Microsoft 365 accounts, and they've been hacked few times. We have contacted CyberDuo to take a look at the configuration. They did an assessment and identified all the issues. Since then, we did not have any issues. They manage our M365 account and provide security. Highly recommend for your Microsoft environment.
