We are currently working with Aptitude 8 to implement Outreach.io and integrate it with our Salesforce instance. We've mostly worked with Kaitlynn Sirotkin and she has been fantastic. Many times she has jumped on a last minute screenshare with me to walk me through changes she's made and has been great at communication and follow up. She offered (I would never ask!) to push changes on a Saturday so as not to disrupt our weekday workflows and was even emailing with me hours before taking off for her own wedding.
