Beyond disappointed in this company. I’m never one to leave bad reviews, but the lack of communication and professionalism has been unparalleled. It feels like a bait and switch and a total waste of money. The only design we received was our own website content repurposed into another shopify theme - one that they said they would be paying for on their end. The only draft was a very preliminary homepage design, one we were told they'd be updating and continuing to work on - only to never hear anything else or receive any other updates without us reaching out multiple times. Once we realized this was not the right fit (waiting weeks for responses, missing deadlines, and not the work we believed we were investing in), we cancelled the contract. We’ve lost all of the money, and now they refuse to even stick to their word and pay for the premium theme they agreed to. At the end of the day, it’s the lack of integrity and complete ignoring of our emails that ultimately led to writing a review to hopefully warn others to not waste their time or money.
