What started out as a simple logo design and basic website build-out has flourished into one of our most valuable partnerships. Magnetic far exceeded any reasonable expectation from the start. This review is for a consultation call I had with Jen Casson about how to prioritize my digital marketing efforts for the current stage and scale of my business. The call was only supposed to be 30 mins, but Jen stayed on with me for ~75 minutes, offering TONS of advice about what she would do if she were in my shoes. She came very prepared for the call, having gone through my website and social media channels, and seemed very authoritative across the marketing landscape about what tactics/strategies are worth my time right now, and which I can put on the backburner. I instantly felt like I was in good hands—excellent client relationship management. She told me straight out halfway through the call, we're probably not ready to invest in an agency right now—honesty I very much appreciated.
