I was very happy with the customer service I received from this company. I reached out to them regarding digital advertisement for my food business so we had a discovery call. They were professional during the discovery call; however, I tried to reach them after that but they totally ignored me which I didn't appreciate. I thought that if they didn't want to work with me, they ought to have been gracious enough to say so. However, they simply ignored me which isn't good customer service. Every potential or prospective customer that reaches out to you matters and ought to be treated nicely. I run a business to I know about customer service.
