They really took the time to fully understand who we are and what we do right down to the nuances of our industry. Over time they became an extension of our company. They take any budget you have and make it work for you by being fully transparent about what it can achieve.

Lots of fun working with blue/meta and I appreciate their no-BS approach to results. So far they've been under budget, over delivered on the results and most importantly they put up with my Mattitude. They've helped us lay the foundation to measure our marketing and scale our digital ads.

I was very happy with the customer service I received from this company. I reached out to them regarding digital advertisement for my food business so we had a discovery call. They were professional during the discovery call; however, I tried to reach them after that but they totally ignored me which I didn't appreciate. I thought that if they didn't want to work with me, they ought to have been gracious enough to say so. However, they simply ignored me which isn't good customer service. Every potential or prospective customer that reaches out to you matters and ought to be treated nicely. I run a business to I know about customer service. Even a small customer or "Small potatoes" matters because you never know who a small customer might introduce you to. A small customer could give you business later on if they do well. Also, the terrible thing about their company is that they don't have a receptionist answering the phone lines. When you call, you get an automated voice message you have to reply to. I didn't like that.
