Within the first two minutes of our conversation he said it would be $3,000 and had no idea what we were even looking for. We had a few questions that were blown off and hardly answered. He said we had to sign a contract with deposit prior to talking anymore about his services. We really liked his work but in the end, we felt working for someone that had gave us this terrible of a first impression was not worth our business. Or budget was $7,000.

They did not help us achieve anything. They tanked performance for currently running campaigns, and any new campaigns they launched did not perform well. They were included in our RFP process because they claimed to have expertise in both B2B marketing and Healthcare Tech marketing. We quickly realized they had neither. Instead of working to optimize campaigns, they continued to increase the target cost per acquisition, causing the quality score of one long-running successful campaign to drop from 8/10 to 2/10 and increasing our CPA of $20 to over $300. They would ask us for advice on how to optimize campaigns in our weekly calls. We handed over a massive amount of reading materials. Everything they asked for - buyer personas, messaging framework, competitive intel. It seemed like they never bothered to read any of it because, after nine months of working with us, they still didn't understand our audiences or products. That was an issue that could have been solved with them just trying a little bit. What could not be solved was the fact they didn't know how to manage paid search campaigns. If you don't know anything about digital marketing, they might be able to fool you. Their team of paid search managers needs training, plain and simple. I had to spend several hours going through the work they did and making notes on how to fix the poor performance - that's what we hired them to do! Fortunately, we are experts in digital marketing, and we just needed people to execute the work, so we realized quickly that they were not helping our business and, in fact, making the situation worse. We did not stay with them for the entire year. They made us pay for one additional month when they didn't do any work and called it "offboarding." They also pad the hours and say they did a lot more than they actually did.

Finally, an agency I can trust and has a great eye for design! I found them on Google and sent them a message about what I was looking for in a redesign of my company's website. They were very prompt getting back to me and with very helpful insight on how best to move forth. Plus, they were affordable and didn't try to squeeze me more $, like many of the other firms I reached out to did. Since I'm not the expert, I had them take lead on my project and from just a few back and forths, my new website came out superb! We worked with an engineer(wire-framing) who created clickable designs based on our requirements. Two designers then created every page of the platform across 3–4 iterations. After that, a database specialist and two developers began working on the actual product. They used an open-source API called Tok-Box, which was customized according to our needs. Through it, we can have up to 12 people in a joint conference call for a consultation. It also gives the platform screen-sharing and chat functionalities. Through an API called FullCalendar, doctors can manage their schedules, and patients can see the available physicians. The interface is both in English and Chinese. We used a MySQL database, and the overall site is based on AngularJS and Node.js. After finishing the coding, FalcnLab handled the hosting process for AWS (Amazon Web Services) via a system administrator. Upon implementing the DICOM and Video chat feature onto our platform, our users are seeing much better efficacy in both communicating virtually with the physicians as well as they(patients and physicians) were able to have easier access to the Pet/CT scans. They have the experience, talented, hardworking, and willing to work extra hours when important deadlines were approaching. During the demo phase, they were in constant contact, in case we needed additional support. If we had a strict deadline and needed resources, they’d provide them as soon as possible. Also, this is the first service company I’ve worked with that doesn’t accept payment until the work has been approved.
