Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. Don't waste any more time looking at other companies, these guys are great, highly recommend!

Over a decade ago, I was introduced to Marina over a training call while in graduate school. At the time, I had just concluded studies in search engine optimization and mobile marketing and commerce. During the training, I was overawe with the custom websites designs and how the needs of the customer were the nucleus to the development process. Websites were custom, not off the shelf, and budget friendly. There were no unforeseen expenditures, and the project management process insured that customers were involved and kept abreast of developments. When I decided to develop my own e-commerce site, I knew who to phone. I reached into my database, and contacted Marina. Still the pleasant erudite professional, I informed Marina about the requisite. Paul was the project manager. He did a exceedingly fine job of presiding over the development process. At times, it appeared intimidating. Nevertheless, Marina and Paul were there every step of the way. When there were questions, they had solutions and recommendations. I could not be more appeased with the final project. For website development, maintenance, and search engine optimization, there is no other company that I would endorse apart from Marina and Web Loft Designs. They do not disappoint and I have a custom website that epitomizes the brand.

I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. It was broken as a result of many, many developers over the last 6 years working on it. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developing and maintaining the platform…and it was wrecked. I couldn’t advertise, members would get lost —- it was a nightmare and it needed to be rebuilt. We met with dozens of developers…yes…dozens…and got quotes ranging from the absurd to the ridiculous. I had a complicated membership site that used clickfunnel sales pages and a separate shopping cart plus about a hundred plug ins that had no business being there. We have over 16K members and we needed to migrate them to the new build while keeping their membership intact…it was nuts. But he did it…and no matter how difficult the task (and this is important) Bill treated it like it was no problem….and trust me…there were a few times he probably thought we weren’t going to make it…but he didn’t let me know. We have a saying…don’t tell me about the labor - just show me the baby. Bill showed me the baby and my membership and Instructors are EXTREMELY happy and impressed.
