Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend their services, and have to many business associates, and even my own Dad for his business. Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. Don't waste any more time looking at other companies, these guys are great, highly recommend!

I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. It was broken as a result of many, many developers over the last 6 years working on it. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developing and maintaining the platform…and it was wrecked. I couldn’t advertise, members would get lost —- it was a nightmare and it needed to be rebuilt. We met with dozens of developers…yes…dozens…and got quotes ranging from the absurd to the ridiculous. But it only took two phone calls with Bill to let me know he was different. Look - I’ve been advertising and marketing online since google ppc was a nickel. I have literally spent MILLIONS. I’ve literally made EVERY mistake possible, so please, believe me when I tell you - Bill and his team at Seota KNOW THEIR SH@T. I had a complicated membership site that used clickfunnel sales pages and a separate shopping cart plus about a hundred plug ins that had no business being there. We have over 16K members and we needed to migrate them to the new build while keeping their membership intact…it was nuts. But he did it…and no matter how difficult the task (and this is important) Bill treated it like it was no problem….and trust me…there were a few times he probably thought we weren’t going to make it…but he didn’t let me know. We have a saying…don’t tell me about the labor - just show me the baby. Bill showed me the baby and my membership and Instructors are EXTREMELY happy and impressed. I would highly recommend Red Spot Design to anyone seeking to develop their website and brand. After first scouting many other website developers in L.A., Seattle, Portland, Miami, New York and a bunch of other cities and being given the runaround by other firms, Red Spot provided the best value for money in the most efficient time possible. David and Dania were extremely easy to work with, were always responsive within 24 hours of every question and task, and they took the time to provide a design with all the functionality I needed in accordance with my exact specifications. My new website turned out just as good as I hoped it would. When compared to other website designers, Red Spot offered the same quality of custom designed website as was offered for nearly twice the price or more by other firms. And as a mid to smaller size firm, they were still able to handle the scope of a web design handling a global family dynastic infrastructure when other firms were asking for much more money or time, which speaks highly of Red Spot’s productivity and standard of care. There’s no reason to waste your time or money considering any other firms trying to wow you with superfluous fluff when Red Spot provided the same if not better quality and service as other firms. They don’t try to push any unnecessary products, layouts or services on you and they cut right to the chase to get the job done the way you want it. I will definitely use their design services again in the future if I need to create additional professional or personal websites.
