Unfortunately M16 was not the first company we went with or the second, which turned out to be a very expensive mistake with others that we tried before finding them. I definitely recommend their services! As a business owner every dollar you spend is precious, and the money you spend with them, in my experience, was very well spent. The team at BitxBit has responded quickly and effectively when we have a problem come up, or when we need to procure new equipment. Robert, Rusty, and Joseph as well as all the other techs are always available to answer questions or look at issues and get us back up and running as quickly as possible. BitxBit helped us save money by getting us away from a T1 circuit and switch over fiber as well as getting all our computers upgraded to stay current with security standards.
