I had to spend several hours going through the work they did and making notes on how to fix the poor performance - that's what we hired them to do! Fortunately, we are experts in digital marketing, and we just needed people to execute the work, so we realized quickly that they were not helping our business and, in fact, making the situation worse. We did not stay with them for the entire year. They made us pay for one additional month when they didn't do any work and called it "offboarding."
