We hired Simform to build mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms. We wanted to build a mobile platform that helps users find and book pay-as-you-go classes at the Best Rated Studios across London, UK. Initially, we wanted to improve our existing iOS app by improving the code & UI/UX and adding new features. Simform re-developed most of the features and added more as per our requirements. We were happy with the performance of the iOS app and as a result, we asked Simform to build an Android app from scratch. They created wireframes and oversaw all the UI/UX. They used Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android applications. The backend is powered by Ruby on Rails(RoR). The technology stack included PHP, Node.js, React Native, and AWS. Communication and transparency were the two key strengths of Maruti Techlabs. During the initial calls, they brought in the right people for the task, which was great. We managed the sprint cycles using Confluence and Jira, and we used Zoom and Google Meet to communicate. We had daily to at least weekly stand-up meetings, depending on the stage of the project and its criticality. We also kept track of the Jira tickets, and we had recordings and notes of every conversation we had. The platform developed by Maruti Techlabs had excellent performance and response time, processing data through 23 different components in a matter of seconds. The team was very collaborative, communicative, and transparent, and they were very honest about their capabilities.
