During the initial calls, they brought in the right people for the task, which was great. We managed the sprint cycles using Confluence and Jira, and we used Zoom and Google Meet to communicate. We had daily to at least weekly stand-up meetings, depending on the stage of the project and its criticality. We also kept track of the Jira tickets, and we had recordings and notes of every conversation we had. The platform developed by Maruti Techlabs had excellent performance and response time, processing data through 23 different components in a matter of seconds. The team was very collaborative, communicative, and transparent, and they were very honest about their capabilities.

I have absolute confidence in them and I can sleep soundly knowing everything is going to be done on time. The only thing they could do is have more resources available. It’s our fault more than anything for not being able to provide them with what they need consistently.
