The intent of Webimax (all of the staff that we have been in contact with) is very clear when working with them. They want to understand what it is you are searching for exactly, they are great at listening and implementing any feedback you may have, and are very flexible when you have certain requests. I was assigned the task of finding a website developer so I turned to the web. I posted on the WeWork app asking for suggestions and I received a lot of suggestions, offers, and work samples. Although work samples are nice, I thought seeing the web developer's own website would be a great tell of how well they will design ours. I really liked Starke's website so I thought they would do a great job on ours. Ours needed a lot of upgrading because it didn't really capture our services accurately. However, I didn't know where to start- how the process would work and how to explain every little detail on what I wanted on the site. After the first meeting with Adam, I felt a little more relieved and confident in Starke. Adam listened to what I wanted and explained to me how they would execute what I envisioned. He broke down every step from payment to design to revision. After a couple of weeks and some back and forth, we finally received our final product- a website the company can be proud of. We will definitely be acquiring more of Starke Marketing's services again in the future.

I've worked with multiple web design/development companies and Weberous was by far the most seamless and productive relationship I've had. Rafael was organized, responsive, extremely helpful, and also capable of explaining complex dilemmas in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Web development can often be tricky and it's important to work with someone that will tell it to you straight without be condescending or pretentious. Rafael never presented a problem without first offering a solution, and it made the entire experience of building a new (quite large) website a lot less of a headache. I fully intend to work with Weberous on any future projects!

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.
