I picked Brand and Mortar due to their reputation, reliability and known resources in the community. We signed a contract in May of 2021, with my needs heavily outlined of building an extensive website with cutting edge plugins and a custom functionality. After numerous follow-ups, they were confident they could meet my needs and we signed. It was extremely pricy, but I knew because of the functionality needed, it was needed. Once the wireframes (website outlines) were approved in October (they looked amazing), it was a contracted 9 weeks until I had my website in hand. I was so beyond ecstatic. Glad I chose Brand and Mortar to create this for us. Well, December rolls around, I want to confirm I will have the website mid January and it's confirmed! My website will be live! Well, they forward the "finished" website and it's a joke. Is is nothing as contracted and then I get told they need more time. So we wait, then the next deadline gets pushed and continues to get pushed. I couldn't wait anymore when I can see they don't have the skills to create when they agreed upon. Up until this point, I've been waiting to hear back from the owner and he won't respond to my emails. The amount I have paid, for this quickly slapped together website is beyond ridiculous. They're communication is severely lacking, the professionalism was there, but slowly dissipated once they received my money. Their marketing background is where they should focus their business when website design is clearly not their expertise yet.

I began working with Twelverays with high expectations, and they appeared to be professional and internationally based, too. However, things took a downward turn. They charge $250 to on-board with their contractors- however, all the contractors regularly turn over at least once a month. I faced some obstacles in my business and marketing efforts for several months, and the main partner actually responded with what appeared to be verbal a----. I tried contacting another office in the US for help, but the links on their website to the other cities don't navigate. They also promised to give me an accounting of hours used for the slow months, but even after many months, I never received them. They provided incredibly misleading documentation to a third party when I requested help. My hope is that Twelverays would work on full disclosure and transparency issues as well as stick to the commitments they make to their clients.

Consensus Creative really came through for us at Halton Wealth Management. Their team nailed the new content creation (their copywriter [sensitive content hidden] did a great job), and the whole process was super smooth. The project wrapped up right on schedule. Communication was mainly through emails and virtual meetings, which worked out perfectly for us. What I appreciated the most was how easy they were to work with, and the follow-ups were always on point. And let me tell you, it's not every day you find a team that sticks to the plan without any need for improvement. Big shoutout to their staff for making this experience a breeze!

They created a long version demo of my product and then two shorter cuts for social use. Overall, I'm super happy with my experience. The guys are professional, creative, and prompt.
