We have been using Velo IT Group as our IT support for a little over a year. We have been extremely happy with their performance. Onboarding was smoother than expected and support has been exceptional since then. When we have had system issues, it's been refreshing when we call to hear that they're already working on the issues and recovery time has been very quick with a minimum of downtime.
