We have been using Velo IT Group as our IT support for a little over a year. We have been extremely happy with their performance. Onboarding was smoother than expected and support has been exceptional since then. When we have had system issues, it's been refreshing when we call to hear that they're already working on the issues and recovery time has been very quick with a minimum of downtime. I've also appreciated the fact that they are constantly monitoring our system looking for ways to make it better and more secure.

Billing is inconsistent and often incorrect. Contacting our IT guy is more difficult now than in the past. Once we get in contact, the service is great.

Tpx is just horrible. The phones and internet have gone daily for weeks. They have rendered our office unusable. No one seems to really care over there. I can deal with the occasional outage, but daily is just a whole other level of bad
