Brian executed my marketing strategy well and as described, hence the 2 stars, but we encountered a number of problems along the way - including the temporary pulling of an ad, and being overcharged around 16% above the agreed budget for the ads - as the amount agreed in dollars was incorrectly entered in Euros on his end, which I was subsequently blamed for despite not having access to the ad console. Unfortunately on both of these occasions I had to highlight the error myself - meaning I'd be unable to recommend Robben Media for smaller campaigns which could be undertaken in-house.

My rep really knew what he was talking about. I never felt like they were in it for the sale. They actually seem like part of my company- not just another customer.
