Question One: How can I build more targeted traffic to my website through LinkedIn?

Our Response: LinkedIn is one of the best ways to get online leads for your website and business. As the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn connects like-minded people from all over the world, ranging from professors, lawyers, marketers, and business owners. The best part about this is that you can find your niche on LinkedIn, establish yourself as an authority figure, and bring new potential customers to your website. There are several ways to go about doing this:

    1) Create a LinkedIn Group

This way you can cultivate an active group to discuss a diverse amount of topics in your industry. Members are certain to become curious and visit your site.

    2) Become an active participant in a pre-established Group

As long as you share valuable information in the group, rest assured you’ll find fellow members interested in your services. Just be sure not to spam your links or find a way to sell yourself too frequently; let this naturally occur.

    3) Start publishing original content to Linkedin

Pretty self-explanatory. Share good content and visitors will come.

Question Two: What is the case for blogging directories? Will Google see this as a duplicate?

Our Response: Think of a blog directory just like any other local directory for submitting your website. Directories are for people looking for websites or services to help them solve problems. Simply put, Google would not see this as duplicate content.

Here is a list of blogging directories if you’re curious where else to submit your site.
