I had the pleasure of working closely with Karsten at Beauty Bay and watching him utilise his skills with great effect. Being able to quickly pinpoint where we were slipping on conversion allowed him to optimise conversion in key markets, thanks to the localised trading strategy Karsten played a major part in developing, as well as his country consumer insights.
