I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. It was broken as a result of many, many developers over the last 6 years working on it. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developing and maintaining the platform…and it was wrecked. I couldn’t advertise, members would get lost —- it was a nightmare and it needed to be rebuilt. We met with dozens of developers…yes…dozens…and got quotes ranging from the absurd to the ridiculous. But it only took two phone calls with Bill to let me know he was different. Look - I’ve been advertising and marketing online since google ppc was a nickel. I have literally spent MILLIONS. I’ve literally made EVERY mistake possible, so please, believe me when I tell you - Bill and his team at Seota KNOW THEIR SH@T. I had a complicated membership site that used clickfunnel sales pages and a separate shopping cart plus about a hundred plug ins that had no business being there. We have over 16K members and we needed to migrate them to the new build while keeping their membership intact…it was nuts. But he did it…and no matter how difficult the task (and this is important) Bill treated it like it was no problem….and trust me…there were a few times he probably thought we weren’t going to make it…but he didn’t let me know. We have a saying…don’t tell me about the labor - just show me the baby. Bill showed me the baby and my membership and Instructors are EXTREMELY happy and impressed. I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I plan to utilize the talents of Tatum and her team for future add-ons/upgrades.

I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed. In terms of documentation, DigitalDesign received full documentation from the first client; we contributed to it. The product was already live in the second project, and they simply worked on it. For tools, the team mainly used Figma to create designs and gather feedback from the end clients.

I worked with Baseline Creative years ago when I worked for a nonprofit organization in town. They were easy to work with, passionate about their work, invest back into our community, and are very kind and patient. When I needed to design a new logo and business cards for my new therapy practice, there was no question who I wanted to work with!
