The Staff at.BMC solutions are extreme bullies. We had a fall out and as per terms of the contract, they were only supposed to charge 12% on an overdue invoice. Instead, they ended up charging 25%. On top of which, unfounded accusations of not paying for almost a year have been permeated amongst staff members (got proof to the contrary), who aren't that responsive to begin with during the mid stages of the project. Had to reach out multiple times to get a response. Until one day, website got suspended and was also accused of being disrespectful. The intention was to challenge the suspension of the website when $4000+ in payments were made. Problems include: 1. Emotional instability, 2. Unreasonable demands, 3. Giving ultimatums, 4.
