I run a software development agency. We build custom software for clients. DigitalDesign worked with us for three of our end clients. We specifically hired them to take care of the UI/UX design tasks for these customers, one being a nonprofit, the second being a financial technology company, and the third being a software company. During our work with a nonprofit, we had to recreate a whole system for the end customer to run their operations. It was essentially an internal tool for their team members to support their work for the organization. Moreover, it was a complex project that took about nine months to complete. DigitalDesign handled the UI/UX design needed for the product. Our second project was a shorter one. They had to build an onboarding form for a financial institution to onboard new clients. They refined and revamped the UI/UX flow of the form. We then built what they designed.
