As the Executive decision maker for a small business in Denver, I've found that outsourcing SEO duties is imperative, especially when you have made significant changes to your online presence. Social SEO, formerly Pikes Peak SEO has been fantastic to work with. We have seen growth, and significant increases in organic traffic for most of the time we've used Social SEO. We've had several contacts there and all have been very professional. My only reason for not leaving five stars is that in our three or so years of service, we've had four different contacts working on our account. Don't get me wrong, the service is still worth it, and all of the Account Managers have been great, but it is hard to start over with a new contact and explain your business needs, website details, etc to a new person every six months to a year. There was a period of time (with one Account Manager) that nothing really seemed to be happening in terms of our website and feedback. In all honesty, I think that particular contact, though she was always very friendly and professional on the phone, was just too busy to take the time to do a lot with our account. I can tell that Social SEO is growing, as they have movement internally with their staff and have even promoted one of our Account Managers (which is why we no longer work with her). They are obviously doing something right. Our current AM is excellent so far--very responsive, and pays attention to details. Listen people, you're never going to find a perfect SEO vendor, but if you want to gain in organic traffic, conversions, and want a team of people who actually know what they are doing, give these guys a try!

I came to Bill and his team at Seota Design with a huge problem…My site myselfdefensetraining.com which is basically my business…was MORE than sick. It was broken as a result of many, many developers over the last 6 years working on it. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developing and maintaining the platform…and it was wrecked. I couldn’t advertise, members would get lost —- it was a nightmare and it needed to be rebuilt. We met with dozens of developers…yes…dozens…and got quotes ranging from the absurd to the ridiculous. But it only took two phone calls with Bill to let me know he was different. Look - I’ve been advertising and marketing online since google ppc was a nickel. I have literally spent MILLIONS. I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website. Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday.com, which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project. Kobe unethically did not refund money for the half of the project that was unfinished.

The work done by James Webb in reworking my website was impressive. I had paid significantly to have a website done and had reached the point of the company indicating they were satisfied they had produced the product I wanted. I had text running over images, there were no tags in my site, no contact pages, and the pre-green-screen architecture had been left untouched. The photographs were not touched where the lights had caused sweat to drip down my face, etc. James reworked the entire site, picked images that were spot on with the service and feeling I provide to customers. It is simple, beautiful digital imagery and mastery. When you want the best, use Firebrand.
