I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I plan to utilize the talents of Tatum and her team for future add-ons/upgrades.

StrataBlue has been working on a complete overhaul of my website, as well as migrating it from Squarespace to Wordpress. I approached them for SEO assistance and entrusted them with my website. They performed an outstanding job with my website, listening to my vision while maintaining a professional appearance.

I was not able to use the end result of the product Nexbit built. The end result of their product did not work and did not meet the requirement and expectation of the original agreement to provide me with a functioning ecommerce website, and Nexbit refused to refund me the money I paid them for a site I cannot use. Please see below the problems I encountered, and the new Developer identified re: the end result of the website Nexbit provided: Problems on Nexbit built site 1. Email configuration does not have a professional/real/correct email address. Managed through hosting(?). 2. I could not submit an order without a registered user. No error message was given after entering information multiple times. 3. I could not register at first - it went through but did not indicate that to me as the user. No email was received @ any of the email addresses listed - to the business. 4. I created a test product, entered a real credit card, registered, and tried to submit - error. 5. The email newsletter signup gave me an error. 6. The contact form would not submit; kept spinning, no error and no submit. 7. FAQ page has a template product graphic on the right and latin text - needs to be filled out. 8. Copyright said “your store” instead of the company name. 9. All forms require approval of the shipping policy which does not make sense for the user. 10.The calculator does not function, it takes the user to a blank page.
