Great experience working with everyone at ZAG for the past few years, and especially in the past 12 months during COVID-19. Crazy how quickly they helped transition everyone to setting up secure remote access and migrating files and applications to Microsoft Azure Cloud, Office 365 OneDrive & SharePoint, as well as enable Microsoft Teams instead of depending on the insecure ZOOMbie platform everyone else was using.

ZAG Technical Services has been very helpful to our firm for over 10 years. Their team serves as our Managed Security Services Provider(MSSP) and takes full ownership and responsibility for any Ransomware Recovery Incident Response, in the event of an issue, for no additional cost. Better than a cyber insurance policy that only covers the cost of calculated financial harm, without actually covering the cost of Data Recovery and System Rebuild. Many companies call themselves MSPs, including copier dealers, phone system resellers, and even internet service providers such as A&T and Comcast. None of them know what they are doing compared to a Certified Managed Security Services Provider such as ZAG Technical Services. Beyond the fixed fee all-encompassing 24x7 prevention, protection, and IT support coverage ... ZAG also provides a fractional or virtual CIO to each client. This allows our firm to get their senior IT director level executives to help us plan better, budget more effectively, and leverage technology to help us do more, be more, and scale our team exponentially.
