After finishing the project we signed a contract on, the CEO sent an invoice for extra consultations hours that I did not approve of “it states in the contract that any additional hours will have to be approved of by the client.” I am not continuing with wunderworx and I am glad I got to know about the vague communication early on before I invest more working with them.
