I found West Metric when I was searching for good social media ad agencies. I hired them to do ours because they were the cheapest. They did the pictures for the ads, they wrote the ads and got them approved by us, asked how much we felt like spending on those and posted the ads on facebook and instagram. We met once a month to review the ads performance.

They completed the website build from wireframe, staging and published it. We got a complete report on their SEO strategy and how they implemented it on and off page. We received a complete report on backlinks and they helped do the cleanup submissions to google search console. They also improved our page speed insights stats in just about 1 month. On paid, they posted unbelievable results on both versions of the site, our sales volume increased by at least 10% each week we worked with them. We saw minor hits to LTV and AOV but they did increase the raw sales and total rev.

We hired westmetric to fix our site, do our SEO and manage our google facebook and instagram ads. They did two audits of our site for SEO optimization and one for ecommerce ease of use. Kanniard and Jay were my account managers and they spent so much time answering questions for my team. They developed our email CRM and integrated it with the site as they did the dev work. They also integrated the tracking for facebook and google into our site.
