Working with WellReceived is wonderful! They all really do all they can to understand what their client needs and make any modifications to scripting/procedure that they can. Is it perfect? No, but no business is. What makes them GREAT is their willingness to adapt and work along side their clients so the callers have the best experience possible! They also are good about what would make things flow better for their receptionists, and that shows that they care about them as well. Bravo, WellReceived!

Although we are in the beginning of transitioning our agency over to WELLReceived, I would have to say in researching different companies, Tiff Greene at WELLReceived was the only one who reached out to me immediately to inform me of their services and how they may be able to help our small non-profit agency. She was informative and continued with follow up and anything we requested she was prompt to return an answer! Her customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! I look forward to implementing their services and if she is any indication on how their customer service is, we will be very pleased!! *****

Well Received has exceeded my expectations. I'm in a regulated industry. It's always difficult to find services which meet the expectations of regulatory bodies. The service by Well Received was easy to set-up. The script was simple. The service from the sales to the receptionists are superb. I definitely recommend them to anyone who would like an answering service. Five stars and counting!
