I have been working with iTechArt for almost 6 years. I have always been very impressed with the iTechArt contractors that have worked for us. I'm accustomed to usually interviewing 4-6 candidates before finding one that is really outstanding, and hiring the vast minority of the individuals interviewed. By contrast, we end up hiring the majority of candidates we interview with iTechArt, oftentimes we hire the first person we interview. I've often wanted to understand better how they screen their own candidates and build their talent pools so that I can steal their secret recipe for my own hiring purposes. As a general rule, I do not work with outside vendors for critical engineering projects. This is because it's next to impossible to find contract resources that have the same accountability and commitment as FTEs. I made the exception with iTechArt more than 4 years ago and never looked back.
