Transmitter was founded by Greg McGunagle.  Greg's expertise in real estate communications spans to all corners of the industry including residential, commercial and hotel owners and developers; national commercial real estate agencies; and financial firms.  To date, he has launched more than 60 residential developments in the U.S. and abroad.

Greg brings a unique set of experiences to clients having served in senior positions at a national real estate PR agency, an international brokerage firm and a national media outlet specializing in commercial real estate and finance.  As a result, he has relationships with media professionals in nearly every major city across the country and understands the nuances of each market.  Greg provides proven, high-level strategic advice to clients that are realistic, obtainable and highly successful.

Transmitter is based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.  The firm's name is inspired by nearby Transmitter Park, once home to WYNC radio's twin transmission towers--and our love for broadcasting your message out to the world.
