I’m a personal coach and my company that helps people to accomplish their goals. I’m focused on working with people who want to do things they’ve been afraid to do. I hired The Story to create a website and help me with the copywriting for my website. I need my website to be very professional. It has to help people decide to work with me. My website needs to be very personal too. I understood from the outset of the project what was needed and what how the project was going to work. I was interviewed about what I do and there was lots of brainstorming about positioning my services. The content for my website was created and then my website was designed and developed. I knew what was happening through the process and I provided input throughout. I worked directly with Trevor Hamilton who managed his team of designers, developers and copywriters. I needed to present my offering in a way that made sense for any new person wanting me to help them. The Story was very effective in helping me to tell my story and how I help my clients. They were able to present it in a clear, simple way. The website design is excellent, and I’m extremely pleased with how it looks and the feedback I’ve received. They were able to create exactly what I was thinking. The communication was very effective. It was easy for me to communicate my vision for my brand and it was manifested professionally on my website. I like everything about how I worked with the Story. We hired The Story Web Design & Marketing to design and develop a new website for us. We needed a website that used our branding illustrations to create a bold new website design for us that would set us apart from our competitors. Our website needed to feel not only bold and fresh, but it also needs to be easy to use and navigate. The project kicked off and there was a plan to provide us concepts and then to design and develop the remaining websites. The Story provided us with multiple ideas for the website that were really exciting. The one that was implemented was is striking and bold. We think it’s pretty cool. We kind of expected that The Story was just going to reuse our previous old options that had been developed for our website in a previous iteration. That isn’t what happened though. They provided us really cool options.

My company distributes beauty products to hair salons and barber shops. We needed an ecommerce website that would showcase our products and enable us to sell products to salons and barber shops. Our website is a digital extension of us, and it has to look and function professionally. Our website has to be very professional so that the manufacturers we are approaching us know that we are serious. Our website needs to be very easy to use on desktop and mobile so that it’s easy for the shop owners to purchase from us. When I spoke with The Story they asked me questions no other vendor did. They wanted to understand what our business needed. Also, price point was important and they provided us what we needed without an huge price tag. We had weekly project meetings that kept our project moving forward and completed in a timely manner. The website was designed and then developed and tested. The Story created a custom designed website for us, but they did more than that. They are business thinkers. They helped me think about my business operations and marketing. They also provided us with a lot of insight, asking, “have you thought of this?” and “did you know that you can do that?” The Story’s is very artistic – when I first saw our design, I was so excited because it looked so great. I’m very happy with the website. It is very aesthetically pleasing. I am confident when our clients view our web property because it’s a first class website.
