My company distributes beauty products to hair salons and barber shops. We needed an ecommerce website that would showcase our products and enable us to sell products to salons and barber shops. Our website is a digital extension of us, and it has to look and function professionally. Our website has to be very professional so that the manufacturers we are approaching us know that we are serious. Our website needs to be very easy to use on desktop and mobile so that it’s easy for the shop owners to purchase from us. When I spoke with The Story they asked me questions no other vendor did. They wanted to understand what our business needed. Also, price point was important and they provided us what we needed without an huge price tag. We had weekly project meetings that kept our project moving forward and completed in a timely manner. The website was designed and then developed and tested. The Story created a custom designed website for us, but they did more than that. They are business thinkers. They helped me think about my business operations and marketing.
