I hired The Sher Agency in September of 2022. Their original commitment to me was to produce the website I wanted in roughly 4 weeks, which they delivered on time, on budget, and well beyond my expectations. They provided me options for ownership or monthly subscription(still w/the buyout option at any point), and have provided full support since that time. Their ease of which to do business is truly second to none. I can't stress this enough as, for every entrepreneur out there that goes into business, hiring the many people and agencies you need to get your business off the ground, you experience a great deal of 'over-promises and under-delivery', people who simply take advantage of the expertise they claim that you don't have, etc. The transparency and consistent communication was the first 'Great Experience' I had since starting my business more than year ago. My project and site began more simply with a few sections that I was prepared to go live with, and since that time, due to the quality of the work, creativity, and communication of the Sher Team, I have expanded to multiple sections, including a new redesign that fits perfectly with my marketing approach, which has evolved over the past year. I again hired the Sher Team to do all of this work and again felt the price was entirely fair for their work, and they once again went beyond my expectations due to their creativity, consistent communication and updates that always kept me looped through what was a fairly major project, allowing me to review and sign off on their creative suggestions and design ideas to ensure I was happy at every turn. They continue to amaze, and I intend on continuing the partnership I've enjoyed for my business over nearly a year now - wonderful people and team!
