There is a good environment overall, the internal core team is respectful of others, and their values are to resolve a situation and help if someone is stuck in a problem; in other words, the company has a People-First Culture. Culturally the company facilitates fun activities like online playing games, prizes, fitness challenges, and great channel forums to discuss any topic even if it is not related to tech. There are also opportunities to grow professionally. Leaders are open to suggestions about any concerns with your current setup. They also create a career plan for the near future. Work-life balance is also one of the other main concerns of the company, the fact you have remote work and flexible time is not enough when you want to define work-life balance.

Sonatafy is awesome. We always have events and random game giveaways. There are slack channels for basically anything you can think of like hobbies, trends, food, etc. The team definitely takes care of one another and you feel comfortable in nearly any situation. It's a good place to be for sure.
