I work for a law firm with 10 attorneys and 15 support staff. Our storage needs and security needs are exceptionally high. Solzorro has been our IT service provider for more than ten years. Since their first day when they secured our internal network through last week when a power surge took its toll on an old server, Solzorro has been there to manage emergencies and plan for the future. Their support engineers are smart and waste no time in taking care of problems. THEY ANSWER THE PHONE when I call, and respond to my emails fast. They are kind, personable, and make our IT issues approachable and manageable. Over the years, I have referred clients to Solzorro and I have seen their client base grow, but their increased workload has not affected their attention to our needs; if anything, they have gotten better. Solzorro keeps our network secure and our workstations running which keeps our business going.
