We formed our own company because we were tired of the common marketing agency problems that we had to deal with working for larger companies. Seems like many marketing companies love doing the bare minimum only to collect the paycheck and call it a day. We figured if that's the way someone positions their business model, then we don't want to be a part of that. That cookie-cutter philosophy also determines how those types of people approach life outside of work.
