My company and I had an absolutely woeful experience with this company. We bought a block of development hours for a new project of ours. David visited us at our office and sold us on his competence to get the job done. I had to constantly chase them to get any work done, over the span of 12 weeks we had used 35 hours, at this stage, the company had blamed everything from the software, to bugs hampering their work. Overall it cost us over £3000 to get to the stage where they admitted they were not confident in finishing the project and advised us to restart the project at an estimated cost of another £3000. At this stage I asked to stop all work and refund us for the unused hours. I had paid for 45 hours at £75/hr, yet they're ignoring my request for a refund for the unused hours. I have now chased this request twice, but have not heard back, so they are refusing to refund us, even for hours that have not been used. overall this entire experience has been a complete waste of time and money. Be careful with this company, they will tell you they have the skills to complete a job just to get the sale, then when they've got the money they'll work on other projects spending a minimal amount of time on yours, and then in my case, got absolutely nowhere. If you are considering using this company, then I would welcome you to contact me directly before handing over any more, where I can explain in detail just exactly how bad this has been. Since dropping this company I have resolved the issues myself and made more progress in three days than they did in three months. I always remained polite with this company, I didn't want to believe they were out to rip me off, but their unwillingness to refund me for hours unused has confirmed the scam.
