I have been playing Fleet Command for over a year and a half. I play daily and until now have enjoyed the game. I decided to purchase a master recruit pack to help build up some officers. I click on the pack, review it and go though payment process. The pop up screen displays a strange and weak materials pack instead. I'm very concerned since these packs are expensive. Out of curiosity I make the purchase again and this time it goes through and I did not leave the master pack screen. So, I contacted Scopely about the issue and could not be more disappointed about the extreme unprofessionalism I received. They consistently tell me I am a liar, that I did receive the pack. Then they change their story and say I purchased a shields pack which I do not have any of the shields that the pack would give. They also close the thread after they send me terrible customer service emails. Scopely is a terrible company that only wants your money, they clearly have no empathy or compassion for their customers. All I asked for the purchase to be fixed and they absolutely refuse to do it. Very unprofessional customer service team at Scopely.
