I have worked with Rugged Software in capacities of mobile and web-based software development and marketing website creation/design. All of my experiences with the Rugged team have been stellar and I am completely satisfied with my overall experience and the quality of work they produce.

To say that I am pleased with the work that Rugged Software did to bring my website to fruition would be an understatement! They listened to everything I said and took my thoughts and ideas seriously! They thought out every detail and then triple checked to be sure the site was functional and that I was adequately trained to handle things on the back end. Communication with Rugged Software was easy and seamless and quick! Which I appreciate. The staff are incredible easy to work with, obviously skilled and knowledgable, personable and professional. My website is everything I asked for and then some. Rugged Software took the fear and anxiety out of the equation by handling everything technical, and even some things that weren't. They came into the project prepared and mindful, with a high level of expertise at hand, ready to tackle my project. I cannot express my gratitude for the way that they also considered my clientele and potential customers as much as I did when creating my site. That's important to me. I love knowing that Rugged Software staff will be there doing their job on the other side monitoring my site and managing things for me while I do things on my side. I find comfort in this. As a small business owner, it's important to me that I feel good about the companies and people that I utilize and give my money to. Because of this, I will be using Rugged Software again and gain, and I most definitely will be recommending them to other people and businesses. Do yourself a favor and use them.
