Overall we enjoy our experience with Resultant. However, we have constantly had our support team turn over every few months. That has created a healthy amount of headaches of constantly having to get the new people caught up on our specific needs as it appears they come in with no prior knowledge or notes on us. Resultant then penalizes us for being over on time when their people are constantly having to be re-trained by us.

We have had two groups of IT teams this year. The latter team gave us poor customer service. We would enter a ticket, then wait and wait and wait and then call to complain to get service. This new team has been much more accessible.

I have worked with our team at Resultant for five years now and can't imagine life without them. Our organization has developed an amazing relationship with Resultant that is more than just an IT helpdesk. I spoke recently with another company inquiring about Resultant and informed them you are more than an IT helpdesk. Our partnership with Resultant is aimed towards our overall IT strategy, cybersecurity support, data analytics, office relocations, etc.
