They jump on the issue right-away and resolve issues as quickly as possible and minimize the downtime. Michael and his excellent staff have helped me and my small law office with everything from setting up new computers and networks to dealing with reformatting replacing hard drives to recommending various software and fixing hardware and operating problems. They are extremely competent and service-oriented and act with speed and urgency when called for. I would highly recommend him.
