RedPoint has been a great partner for Sonder on the two projects we have engaged with them on thus far. The team at RedPoint is fantastic to work with. They were able to quickly get up to speed on our company and the complex workflows we have. When scoping these projects they demonstrated great critical thinking and challenged assumptions we had made. They were more than just order takers - they were thought partners. They truly understood the high-level goal of the project and made recommendations that would help us achieve that goal while working within the Salesforce architecture and system limitations. The team at RedPoint is very communicative about project updates and deliverables. They were flexible to adapt to our desired communication style and used our preferred tools/channels for communication. They were able to deliver our product on schedule, to spec, and under budget. I recommend using RedPoint to anyone looking for custom Salesforce development, configuration or consultation and we will be a return customer of theirs.

Overall Experience

Matt was such a pleasure to work with and he is extremely efficient in his work! He helped our organization completely restructure our Salesforce database which previously had fragments of incomplete or incorrect data. In a matter of weeks, he helped us transform the database which is now fully updated and functioning, saving our staff literally hundreds of hours of time and ensuring our data is 100% accurate. He was also incredibly patient and a fantastic teacher, training our staff along the way and supporting our learning. Thanks to Matt, we feel empowered to manage our own database, even without professional training/skills on staff. I would highly recommend Matt for any Salesforce needs, we look forward to continuing our work with him in the future.
