The relationship between CDI & RDI spans multiple decades for good reason. RDI's ability to customize solutions for today's problems, while relying on their extensive knowledgebase of our business practices old & new, creates cohesive solutions that would be near-impossible from a team with less history of working with our company specifically. In addition to being great IT solutions partners, we consider our RDI team to be close friends.

RDI is very professional, and they provide excellent service and support. When our company needed a new IT Support company, they were recommended to us by another company we do business with. RDI came in and evaluated our network and computer systems, recommended, and implemented software updates, set up the computer workstations with cloud storage backup, and secured our internet and Wi-Fi connections. We also use them for their ongoing monitoring support and backup support for the business. They are quick to respond to issues that arise, normally in two hours or less. Craig, Joe, and Mindi are knowledgeable experts and I trust them with keeping our systems functioning and secure.
